15º Argentine Symposium on Artificial Intelligence

ISSN: 1850-2784

43 JAIIO - 43rd Argentine Conference on Informatics
1st – 2nd September, 2014
Universidad de Palermo, Buenos Aires, Argentina

ASAI, the Argentine Symposium on Artificial Intelligence, is an annual event intended to be the main forum of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) community in Argentina. The symposium aims at providing a forum for researchers and AI community members to discuss and exchange ideas and experiences on diverse topics of AI. ASAI stimulates presentations on both applications of AI and new tools and foundations.

The XV Argentine Symposium on Artificial Intelligence (ASAI 2014) will be part of the 43rd Argentine Conference on Informatics (JAIIO 2014). JAIIO is organized as a series of thematic symposia including topics such as software engineering, artificial intelligence, technology, agroinformatics, high performance computing, industrial informatics, free software, law, health, information society, and a students contest. ASAI is organized by the Argentine Association for Artificial Intelligence (AAIA), a division of the Argentine Society for Informatics (SADIO). The symposium will consist of invited talks, regular paper sessions presenting mature work in theoretical research and applications, communications about previously published papers, a poster session and discussion panels. ASAI 2014 will be co-located with the  Second IJCAI School, which is in turn sponsored by the International Joint Conferences of AI and will consist of plenary talks from leading experts in different AI topics with strong experience on practical, groundbreaking applications, followed by one or two courses covering the corresponding theoretical foundations.
